WHERE CAN I FIND THE PRICES?
If you submit a request with the 'SEND MESSAGE' button at the bottom, we will inform you of the unit price list via e-mail. The cost is based on the genre and length of the song.
CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
If you request multiple songs, an additional discount will be applied, or if you are a regular customer, an extra discount will be provided. Also, private vouchers and discount coupons are issued to AimStrings's newsletter subscribers and YouTube subscribers.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We support global payment methods through VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Unionpay, AMEX, PayPal, etc.
CAN I GET THE MIDI FILE AND SHEET MUSIC, TOO?
The MIDI file will be provided upon your request, and the full score and parts will be provided only if live string recording is confirmed.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST ONLY RMO SERVICE OR ONLY ARRANGEMENT (SCORING)?
Yes, it is possible. If you only want RMO service, we need a MIDI file or sheet music that has been arranged. If the arrangement is incomplete or you want to supplement the arrangement, you can proceed with the RMO + Arrangement service.
IS THE NUMBER AND DURATION OF REVISIONS UNLIMITED?
Yes, it is. We will provide necessary work even if the song's release is confirmed after a long time since the end of the request. However, after three revisions or one month after completing the project, additional work is not a mandatory service. So, the additional revision service may be delayed or canceled if there is an unavoidable circumstance of our artist or the customer's rude and unreasonable demand.
How can I communicate with you when the project is in progress?
We can communicate with you through e-mail, messenger, DM, and Live Chat while producing. We strive to achieve results beyond what you expect through continuous communication.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
Once you have completed the deposit, we will inform you of the start date and completion date, and you can withdraw or refund your request before the start-up period. After we start work, a full refund is not possible. Please refer to the Terms of Services for details.
